Как сделать скарификацию газона?
Скарификация – это процедура, направленная на устранение избыточного количества органической материи с поверхности почвы.
Сухая трава в чрезмерных количествах может привести к грибковым заболеваниям, а также очень ограничивает доступ воздуха и воды в верхний слой почвы. Когда скарификатор ножами прокапывает землю, это стимулирует траву к росту, а также увеличивает доступность кислорода. И когда мы применяем дополнительное удобрение, питательные вещества будут более доступными для травы. Во время скарификации устраняем также избыточное количество мха, который действительно может сильно ограничить рост травы. Скарификацию проводят осенью или весной, в обязательном порядке на сбитых и плохо заросших газонах, за исключением тех, которые были заложены в предыдущем году. Скарификатор может быть бензиновый, электрический или ручной, в зависимости от поверхности. Стрижем газон как вертикально, так и горизонтально. Если у вас нет корзины, сгребаем вытянутую сухую траву.
Следующим шагом будет дополнительное удобрение обработанного газона. Собственно, у меня растет мох, поэтому я буду стараться противодействовать его развитию, то есть я применю удобрение, которое в своем составе иметь дополнительную порцию железа, и этот элемент как раз препятствует развитию мхов. Конечно, дополнительное удобрение забирает все макро- и микроэлементы, которые необходимы для здорового вида газона. После процедуры обильно полейте газон. Сейчас газон выглядит как настоящее поле боя, но не пугайтесь этого вида, так как через несколько дней он будет выглядеть намного лучше, чем до скарификации.
